About Shikhar Youth Foundation

Founded in 2021 by a passionate group of nine trustees, Shikhar Youth Foundation is more than just a registered trust—it is the continuation of a heartfelt journey that began during college days. United through their college NSS (National Service Scheme) group, these young changemakers were bound by a common thread: their love for society and their belief in the power of kindness, service, and compassion.

Rather than letting their social service days end with graduation, the founders made a bold choice—to carry forward the flame and transform intent into impactful action. Thus, Shikhar Youth Foundation was born.

“Seva Parmo Dharmaḥ” – Service is the highest duty. With a strong focus on rural development, rural education, and women's empowerment, the Foundation works at the grassroots, where real change begins. Whether it’s bringing smiles through skill-building initiatives or lighting the path of education for underprivileged children, every activity is designed to add meaningful value and touch lives deeply.
